With so much varied content produced every week, VBTV needed to find a solid shared storage system so that their team of 6 editors could store, manage, search and share content. Working with Digital Video Group, VBTV’s multimedia services now relies on two TerraBlock systems from Facilis: one with 24 TB and an additional system with 96 TB of shared storage capacity.
“VBTV used to rely on stand alone local storage for each of the editors’ workstations, but it was an inefficient process, so we advised them to move to a shared editing environment.
