HD Control Room & Post Production Upgrade

Digital Video Group  teamed with the Darden School of Business at UVA for their HD Studio and HD editorial upgrade. The system included a Broadcast Pix Granite production switcher, Sony XDCAM F800 production camera and F1600 Decks, Avid Unity shared storage and DX Nitris editors as well as a Telestream Vantage encoding system. Evertz, AJA, and Ensemble Designs terminal gear was used through out this project as well as JVC and Sony HD video monitoring. Panasonic AK-HC3800 cameras were installed in the studio and connected to the control room via SMPTE fiber.
