DVG recently partnered with KARK-4, a Nexstar Media Group station, for their studio upgrades in Little Rock Arkansas. Two 3×3 and one 1×3 video walls were added to the set based on Phillips BDL4988XC 49” displays. To improve the overall on-air image quality three Hitachi SK-HD1300 studio cameras with Fujinon lenses were used. The cameras were connected via SMPTE fiber to the CCU’s which are controlled over the in-house network allowing camera paint through Ross Dashboard. Article about the new set in NewscastStudio.
