This flagship project equips the university’s media, communications, and performing arts programs with professional-grade infrastructure to train the next generation of creators, broadcasters, and audio engineers.
Television Production Studio
The main production studio features high-end Kokusai Denki studio cameras mounted on Cartoni pedestals, integrated with CueScript teleprompting systems for seamless on-air performance and production.
Production Control Room
At the heart of live production is a sophisticated control room built around the powerful Ross Graphite Engine video production system, delivering advanced switching, graphics, and multi-source management. Audio mixing and monitoring are handled by a professional Allen & Heath digital console.
Main Recording Studio
The primary recording space is centered on an Avid S6 mixing console paired with Pro Tools MTRX II interfaces, providing world-class tracking, mixing, and post-production capabilities for music, voiceover, and multimedia projects.
Isolation (ISO) Rooms
Four dedicated ISO rooms offer flexible recording options, each equipped with Yamaha digital mixing consoles. All audio routing throughout the facility is seamlessly networked via Dante protocol for low-latency, high-reliability connectivity.
Editing Suites
Post-production workflows are supported by multiple editing stations connected to a robust Facilis HUB shared storage area network (SAN) with FastTracker asset management, enabling efficient collaboration and high-speed access to media files.
Black Box Theater
A versatile Black Box theater provides a flexible performance and production space, complete with Christie projection systems, Panasonic PTZ cameras for multi-camera capture, and Shure wireless microphone systems for live events, theater productions, and experimental performances.
Lobby LED Video Wall
The facility’s lobby features a striking Philips direct-view LED video wall, creating an impactful welcome area for visitors, students, and guests while serving as a dynamic display for campus announcements, student work, and event promotions.
