Andy Neville Joins DVG as Federal Contract Specialist

DVG is pleased to announce the addition of Andy Neville as Federal Contract Specialist! Andy comes to DVG with over 32 years of US Government Federal Service as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, having served both in the US and abroad, where he brought proficient expertise in a variety of technical subjects to a myriad of Senior Executive positions enabling key national defense decisions to align with US regulations and laws. He brought an in-depth knowledge of various complex technical designs and procedures, processes and personnel networking ability which enables highly successful support with a charismatic style of honesty, discipline and commitment with respect for all individuals and personalities at every level.  He had served as a Level 2 Contracting Officers Technical Representative for over three decades.

After Federal Service retirement in 2022, Andy served as Senior Director of National Events and Officials for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee National Governing Body for the sport of archery supporting the quest for gold medals at the 2024 Olympic Games.  He managed the logistical, financial and contractual duties of over a hundred judging and scoring officials; dozens of local organizing event venues; and USADA drug testing aspects to enable 11 outdoor national events and 4 Olympic and 4 Paralympic team trials as well as 16 indoor locations.  Andy is one of only three, and one of 70 in the world, International Judges representing the United States for World Archery for the Olympic Sport Governing Body for the sport of archery.  He has served in a myriad of assignments to include recently as Director of Shooting at two consecutive World Cup Outdoor Finals.
